BerkshireWorks is a partnership between Berkshire Training & Employment Program and the Massachusetts Division of Career Services, chartered by the Berkshire County Regional Employment Board, Inc. Together, we provide access to a comprehensive system of employment-focused programs and services for businesses, job seekers, workers, and employers.

Collaboration and coordination set the foundation which maximizes resources and are key strategies in developing a strong workforce development system. BerkshireWorks' services are broad and targeted towards addressing the workforce needs of business and providing the human capital that businesses require to flourish.

For Job Seekers, BerkshireWorks provides job search assistance, direct referrals, training, counseling, and career development resources to promote career advancement or new employment opportunities. We also have an unemployment insurance representative present for walk-in claims on a first come, first serve basis.

For Employers, BerkshireWorks provides job matching, job postings, and a host of enhanced services that complements recruiting efforts by connecting qualified applicants with job openings. BerkshireWorks provides information, education, and services on demand empowering each customer to compete in today’s continuously changing labor market.
